What is the Central Coast Food Web?

With a state-of-the-art processing facility, local online market, and business support for producers, the CCFW is strengthening our local, coastal and regional food systems by providing services and support to small, independent food producers and making it easier for all people to eat local food.

  • PRODUCERS

    We provide shared space and equipment for producers who grow and land seafood on the Central Coast to process and store food in the Yaquina Lab in Newport, Oregon.

  • FARM + FISH MARKET

    Our online market supports fishers and farmers growing and landing seafood in Lincoln County, Oregon. Enjoy easy access to the incredible variety of foods grown and harvested in your own coastal community.

The Yaquina Lab

One of our core missions here at the CCFW is to help provide extra support to our local fishers and farmers, by way of the Yaquina Lab. The Lab is a fully functional processing facility, complete with blast freezers, fridges, dry storage, cleaning stations, a vacuum sealer, plus a commercial-grade dehydrator and smoker, giving you the opportunity to bring your products to market without requiring you to buy all the equipment yourself. In addition to being a hub of action for our online market and producers, the Yaquina Lab is a great place to host community events, plus has offices and a conference room for rent.
